Tuff Hardman was raised in Atoka Oklahoma, where he graduated from Tushka Highschool and competed on the rodeo team at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Prior to working in the insurance sector, he trained horses, was a farrier, day worker, and rancher.  Tuff is married to Tori Hardman and has two kids- Taylee and TyAnn. Tuff is Vice President of Bar H Insurance and is the Customer Relations Manager. He believes that our agency should always strive to do the best that we can for our customers as well as to treat them like family while giving them family friendly service. 

When Tuff is not in the office he can be found hunting hogs or coon, taking care of his cattle and horses, competing in the steer roping event for the PRCA, picking up bucking horses at PRCA rodeos, or helping his girls compete in youth rodeos.
